Job description:

We are seeking a high-energy, execution-focused marketer to own the PLG and post-purchase journey. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for turning Insightful’s customers into vocal advocates, engaging our database of users with highly effective campaigns and driving expansion revenue. You will live out our customer centric values by ensuring our users don't just use the tool, but achieve mastery of work intelligence in their business so that they want to shout us out in public and share their success. With support from creative and content partners, you will be the primary producer of customer stories, lifecycle campaigns, and advocacy programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Owner: Email, SMS and direct messaging channels will all be your primary remit. Webinar, social community and other interactive platforms are also in scope.
  • Advocacy & Social Proof: Build a world-class engine for case studies, video testimonials, and G2/Capterra reviews.
  • Expansion & Cross-Sell: Partner with the Head of Product Marketing to execute campaigns driving adoption of our product modules. You must be fluent in data analysis to report on performance and make data-informed optimization decisions.
  • Lifecycle Communications: Own the communications across email, in-app notifications, webinars and newsletters. You will write and implement the nurture flows that move users from free trial to promoter.
  • Directory & Community Management: Actively manage our presence on review sites (G2, Capterra) and directories, ensuring our positioning is consistent and builds our reputation.
  • Voice of Customer (VoC): Help in synthesizing customer feedback and usage data into actionable insights for the Product team, keeping a close eye on revenue-based growth potential for feature requests and ensuring our AI-native roadmap meets user needs.
  • Interactive Demos: Scale the use of interactive demos to communicate our value clearly to technical and non-technical buyers alike.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital content, product or demand generation marketing; B2B SaaS industry preferred.
  • Exceptional Storyteller: You can take a Looker Studio dashboard and turn it into a compelling narrative that an HR Director or CEO cares about.
  • Execution Machine: You have a bias for action. You’d rather ship a good case study today than a perfect one next month.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices, implementation steps, and strategy, including prior experience with developing marketing plans.
  • A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development to product adoption.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools is expected. Proficiency in Hubspot, Webflow, Notion, Storylane and Looker is a must.
  • Fluency in LLM platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) for marketing use cases is essential.
