Job Description

We are looking for an all-star Office & HR Admin Associate who would be ready to join us on a year and a half long journey as a replacement for our colleague who is on maternity leave.


  • Managing (pre)onboarding processes and assisting in offboarding processes
  • Preparing labor documentation, including contracts, annexes, etc.
  • Maintaining personnel and paid leave records
  • Act as an admin of the company’s HR software
  • Preparing different HR evidence & reports, upon demand
  • Assisting/overtaking one-time HR projects
  • Organizing mandatory ophthalmological exams and fire safety training
  • Managing Insightful benefits with an emphasis on private health insurance
  • Helping maintain great employee experience by first day welcoming in the office, managing anniversary presents and welcome kits, special occasion gifts, etc.
  • Supporting employees on HR operation-related topics, like leave, compensation, labor documentation, etc.
  • Working with the People and Culture team on organizing internal events and activities
  • Managing travels
  • Conducting office procurement - food, office supplies, equipment, etc.
  • Act as a first point of contact in the office and make sure the company’s office space is well-maintained, functional and up to the latest trends
  • Expanding vendors' base and maintaining good business relationships
  • Managing physical and electronic company documentation
