The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Insightful, you’ll drive messaging and positioning, creating campaigns, enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

You will be crucial in explaining the complexities of our product, which is deeply integrated into HR and operational practices, to potential and current customers. You will also help enhance product messaging and positioning through content and sales enablement and coordinate all aspects of product launch communications.

Last but not least, on this position you will get a chance to be mentored by some of the world’s leaders in the marketing and product marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine marketing positioning for all our communications
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Create and test strategic hypotheses and adapt strategies based on results
  • Work together with product management, sales and customer success teams to align strategies and enhance product offerings
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop content, collateral materials, and designs
  • Lead and mentor a team to implement marketing strategies effectively
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, like creative director covering the B2B space
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful complex marketing strategies
  • Extensive experience collaborating directly with creative teams, motivating them, and providing direction
  • Capability of telling a written or visual story in a simple straightforward way
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working in the technology sector with exposure to HR and operations
  • Experience in a horizontal solution environment with deep integration into business practices
  • Familiarity with the challenges of remote and hybrid workspaces and how they influence product development and marketing
