Job Description

We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Belgrade. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be expected to generate approximately 30% of your Pipeline and handle 70% of Deals coming in through Inbound and Outbound existing channels. You will be in charge of assessing the needs of our key customers in order to offer a relevant service and planning sales activities to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and prospects
  • Execute the outbound outreach strategy and contribute to its development with your own insights and suggestions
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and forecast the quarterly MRR amount
  • Proactively manage key customer’s business needs while they are in trial period
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients
  • Manage sales cycles - handling meetings, presentations and demo sessions
  • Make sure the clients are satisfied with the software and explore potential to provide them with more licenses


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales/business development/account management experience
  • Excellent verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
